About this app

Cardiolyse Fatigue Assistant uses Heart Rate Variability and ECG analysis to understand your physiological state and define how your lifestyle (work, trainings, sleep schedule etc.) influences you. HRV means the variation in time between consecutive heartbeats. It reflects how your body adapts to different situations and stressors. ECG is measurements of electrical signals of your heart. It shows how healthy your heart is.

We use a personal baseline to give you individual recommendations depending on your physiological state here and now. Your personal baseline is calculated after one week of everyday usage. Best to avoid severe stressors or extreme workouts during this week.

Use Cardiolyse each morning after waking up, once during the day and before you go to sleep. Try to be consistent and measure yourself more or less at the same time. It allows to personalize the recommendations concerning your workouts, give you warnings of severe fatigue or signs of overtraining.
