Super easy to switch my meds over, the support is great, and you can track your order similar to Door Dash. Only thing that kind of sucks is they won't leave your order inside your porch or anything for risk of it being stolen. I understand but it's really inconvenient.

So happy the app ahs finally come to Android. I've been using Capsule for a long time now and it's so convenient and helpful. I do think it's easier to chat or send messages via text, though. On the app or browser, it's difficult to actually get the chat going. But if you shoot them a text they'll help. And the app is perfect and easy for setting up med deliveries and updating payment info

So far, so good. I've only used this app a few times now but it's super convenient and easy to use for the delivery of my medication, which my regular pharmacy doesn't carry. Adding it to the cart and making the payment are straightforward and easy. Never had issues with their delivery.

Great customer service, so convenient to have my prescriptions delivered to me. The process is easy and understandable and you really don't have to do anything but give some info and they take care of the rest. Including when refills are ready. Did I mention great customer service.

Very easy to use app. Saves time so you don't have to wait in pharmacy lines or make time to go there in the first place. Easy to contact Capsule if you have questions and they will contact your doctor or another pharmacy for you if you are moving your prescriptions to them.
