I was kind of disappointed with my whole visit.I paid 49 for a televisit for cough congestion, and my nose is stopped up and its causing nausea as well. When I went for my prescription she basically gave me over the counter allergy relief medicine $7 that isnt helping because it is not allergies that I have. Still nauseated as well, nothing for that.Makes you feel like you or your symptoms are not being taken serious because its over the phone, im so disappointed in my first telehealth.

Every document uploaded is labeled as an insurance card, and there's no way to delete uploaded documents. This app is slow, glitchy, and unintuitive.

Bad I Really Do Not Care For This At All! If Someone Is Sick And Not Well Why Should They Have To Go Through All Of This Just To Be Seen! This Is Ridiculous And Time Consuming!!! I Understand This Virus Situation And It's Complications But There Should Be A Better Way To Be Seen!!!

Not great not terrible. Though it has a problem when uploading id where it puts it in the insurance card folder.
