Ad someone with a degree in dance and love fore fitness this is my soulmate work out. Transitions are fast and klunky at first but so is every other work out until you figure it out. The modifications are there id you start with the beginner workouts. Can't wait to do a class live!

Its not great for casting with Amazon or Chrome devices to your TV. But user flow is easy enough to follow.
