I have problems for download my data. When I did data synchronization, after I can read completed but I can not download my data in the menu dashboard for open it in excell

Big downside is need to use app with an internet connection to turn the device on. Annoying. Fit file does not download from dashboard . Dashboard doesn't work... some cache prob still in aug2016. Doesn't always properly terminate a cached session. Nice threshold tests.

Looks like they shut down their back end, which prevents the app from launching at all. This makes the BSX Insight unusable.

Has no diagnostic ability and given how flaky the device is that's a show stopper. It's junk - press the alarm symbol and it goes into the daily workout tab, displays an error about not finding an URL then displays some moving line forever. WTH? Useless.
