V3.0.3 crashes when clicking on the device icon. Crash dumps. No response from developers. V3.0.7 still crashes. v3.0.9 still crashes... looks related to date handling in facebook javascript ( although the reference to facebook is troubling ... I trust no data is being passed to facebook ). So still not usable. v3.0.10 crashes. v3.0.11 crashes.

Used to work fine, but after months of not needing to use it, it doesn't appear to scan anymore. When I open the app, I see a screen saying to register a new Pico everytime, and after I do so via Bluetooth, it says it's scanned, but all the metrics read as zero. Registering via WiFi seems pointless, as it just looks like it takes you in a circular loop. Very disappointed.

Not very accurate as reading 150 F then 32 F in same room that is 68 F. Connecting issues to read even directly to phone. Sometimes connection works but more not than connected. Needs a lot of work to be a reliable device to trust any results from this device. Hope it improves or it is a novelty item of a good idea but not really functional.

App doesn't register device easily. App asks for way to much access. Some sheep out there may be fine with giving out all their data but not me. Pico Home will go right back in the box and sit on a shelf and be forgotten about as it was the worst purchase of 2019. Followed all directions and videos and still unable to have it make a connection even with turning all the location, bluetooth, and wifi settings on. Can't get it connected at all. Do not buy. Do not use.

Badly designed app, the UI is very confusing, some of the promised features like IFTTT integration is missing and still have no clue why I need to create an account to view sensor data. It badly needs a UX/UI designer to take a look at it.

Requires way too much access - no other app asks for the level of access that this one does. Looks like developer is intent on pulling as much personal information as possible from my phone. Crashes if you do not give permissions. Needs to be reworked badly.
