Links and pairs fine. When using the power increases by itself even when in manual mode and the settings lock applied. Painful when it goes from 10 to 15 by itself.

The software is able to detect the device using my old Huawei mate 7, however after I recently upgraded to a newer phone that being an OPPO Find X device, the software is not detecting the device. I installed, uninstalled and reinstalled the application yet still no joy..... Please update the software so as to maintain it's devices and Android or COLOR OS compatibility. Thanks in advance for your support.

I had the issue that seems to crop up with Gen 1 iTENS units not connecting to Android phones (reduced to only manually using the unit, which is possible, but less convenient). However, I emailed the Brighteye help desk and they immediately replaced the unit without any questions. Now works perfectly and the ability to program the unit has proven really helpful. Rating is based on great customer service and the advanced functionality of the app with the Gen2 unit.

I cannot open the app since last update. Please don't waste your money in this device. It is not worth it. I had to wait 1 month after I purchased the device because it didn't sync with my note 8. They sent to me a new one that didn't charge and now even I cannot open the app. That is how a good product are going to disappear. No good at all. If I could I want my money back.

Just bought this device and attempted using for the first time but it won't even link or pair with my device. I tried with 3 different phones and still nothing. The app doesn't even close properly and I have to force stop to close it down. Will have to return the product.
