Ok So I left Starship due to a new job, but want to highlight a couple things about the service I learned and are not ok. 1. You cant individually chose what you invest in, just get different levels of investment aggressiveness to chose from which can make you have less control over your actual gains. 2. The more money you have the harder it is to liquidate and move elsewhere, There is a max of $5000 liquidation from investing per day. So the more money you have the longer you have to continuously spend liquidating daily to get your money out. For example if you have $100,000 in investing you have to spend the next 20 days going to starship every day and liquidating $5000 at a time. Imagine if the market was crashing, you can only save 5000 at a time while you watch every other one of your dollars die. It should be as easy for you to leave as it was for you to join. No one wants to be trapped.

So i never got my card and i don't see anywhere that i can report that. Also, my address changed and again, i don't see anywhere to change that. Either, DUH! Why would those options not be available, or someone needs to make this app easier to maneuver.

Best App for Maintaining and Owning a HSA. Better than a traditional bank HSA, which makes doing business with them expensive and difficult. Customer service treats their customers well; always friendly and responds quickly. Healthcare and finances are difficult enough as they are, so open a HSA with Starship to make the process hassle free...

Dont do any business with these people. I have been keeping 100 in my account and everything works fine. The moment you put 500+ you will not be able to use your card for anything and they wipe your details clean off their system. Every transaction I try to make after I put 500 was declined by their fraud team. When I called their fraud department they said my card no longer exists and my personal information I used to open the account dont exist and no options to issue another card. Theifs!

Pretty good program in terms of reliability and use. Lacks some common sense things like ability to write checks and use all the features from the desktop. For instance, changing the deposit account not possible on desktop. Additionally, they keep changing desktop further. Now there isn't even a login link on the desktop site. I get that they want people to use the app but when I'm doing my budgeting, it is on my desktop which makes the app inconvenient.

Modern HSA that is clearly taking a user-centric approach to product decisions. The onboarding was ridiculously easy (took about 3 minutes) and customer support lives directly in the app. Overall, I'm happy with the product in its existing state, but am also looking forward to future improvements. Download the app and give it a try!
