About this app

We developed Briefery because we believe there is a better way for people to communicate in the work place. We interviewed executives, managers and employees and simulated different scenarios within working environment. We searched what kind of information is flowing within the organization and accordingly, we have built a functional module for each type of data.

What makes us different, by distinguishing information by its type, each message type gets its own attributes which enables more efficient generation of messages and clearer read by the recipient.

As a user you can create your own networks structured by hierarchy or you can change the default and enable equal right to all and invite people to join or to join an existing network. You will find a very rich and easy to use toolbox that you can implement in a workplace or any group of users in which you can deliver your messages briefly straight to the point and track you user's activities you will find modules such as:

Brief - Brief is a short message that can be send to the group or to any individual. It can contain text or media, file attachments and it is assigned by priority. An alert brief will activate notification at the user side every 5/10/30 minutes until he signs on the brief. The recipient can like or dislike anonymously the brief and can comment on the brief, you can always see a rich real time report of the brief.

Guidelines - Guidelines is like a light e-learning tool. It enables to load and present to the user an installation guide, policy of the organization, menu of a restaurant, selection of products etc. There is a quiz option to the guideline that enables to test the user for competence.

Ticket - ticket enables the user to to covey a problem/request/task that needs to be addressed. The setup enables to define who will receive a ticket within the group, the CIO, ops manager or any other individual within the company. A ticked can be assigned to someone else and can be closed if the request was addressed.

Poll - A poll is a great quick tool that allows immediate real time feedback from your users allowing to select predefined possible answers and a deadline timer for that poll.

Chat - chats are great for personal or group instant messaging, you can select who can start chat session and in which groups.

Permissions - a permissions is a way to limit and configure what and how your users access the data in the network, you can create unlimited permissions like simple user, team leader, admin, customer, supplier, etc.

Groups - A great way to manage several users such as sales, projects , customers, etc.
