I bought this zerex on a flight and I have never enjoyed it a bit because the application keeps crashing. The support App for fw update is also not very helpful.

Scrap. Don't buy this watch. I bought it to use the functions such as vibrating at incoming calls when phone on silent mode. Very often the watch doesn't react, because disconnected for some reason...or there is only one alarm time setting possible. My 20$ MI Band watch was much better as the app was more functional. So disappointed. Have to find a way to send it back. Bought it regrettably in a Lufthansa plane.
