What is a Reality Check?
 Explore the Universe inside your Dreams! Lucid dreaming is an experience wherein the dreamer can take control of the dream, and using some Reality Check techniques, these can enhance the dream experiences to a whole new level. A reality check can help you determine the differences between reality and the dream, and there are certain simple movements and observations that you can do to test this.

Sample technique of a Reality Check:
• Count all of your fingers, twice. Once you train your mind of this awake technique you'll discover that in a dream you won't be able to complete the count.

Our built-in Reality Check totem sounds will help remind you to analyze if you are in the real world or the dream world. Simply set your Reality Check alarm at specific hour intervals during the day to get your mind used to the sound, and during the night when your totem sound plays, you might just realize that you're in a dream!
