Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing My Active Rewards on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

It does not record everything. Approx 20% of my gym visits are not tracked. I log in, get thumbs up for visit over 30 mins but no points. Only linked app for walking is Moves which is even more rubbish at tracking. I often think it is deliberate.

I'm guessing this is now redundant as no challenges, no rewards, no news for a year...

Rubbish. Can't register as app crashes when trying to enter the region.

Cant even log in. Crashes everytime I try to enter region. Pointless

Completely useless can't even register it crashes when I try to enter the region and it also doesn't recognise my email address as it is a .wales email. Come on developers get your act together or people like me will avoid your apps like the plague

Can't even register. Useless. Tried reinstalling but crashes everytime I try to enter my region. Refuses to progress past the registration page without it. Disappointed cssc are backing such a poor app. Hope they haven't wasted any money on this 'deal'

Important Background Tracking Note:
- Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. We have taken steps to minimise this whenever possible. If you wish, you can turn this feature off in the Venue screen.
- My Active Rewards app requires the limited use of background processing to enable persistent location reporting. This feature provides valuable benefits to the app user based on their continued presence in a particular location. Examples may include notifications of earned reward points, eligibility for game participation, proximity to moving points or items of interest, and crowd navigation instructions at events.
