Love the design. As a side sleeper, my earlobes can hurt after a couple of hours. May just need to get used of it. Updated to newer Bose sleepbuds and sense more efficientcy

App should pull alarms from the phone rather than requiring users to set another alarm. Also, alarms should be sent to the ear buds so they ring regardless of if phone is on or not. Finally, it would be nice if the last sound played started playing as soon as you took the earbuds off the charger so there's no need to open the app, which will likely result in you checking social media, etc. Otherwise, so far so good with helping drown out my obnoxious upstairs neighbors who stomp all night.

Got these as a gift last month, they connected with the app for the first two weeks and now it's just pot luck whether they work or not. Sometimes connects with only the right bud, sometimes connects with only the left bud but most of the time just won't connect with either. I've tried all the troubleshooting advice and makes no difference - I can't believe BOSE released a product as flawed as this one on to the market - they're destroying their own reputation with these

I used to like this product very much. However, since the April 2021 update, the buds do not connect to the app properly. I have to keep opening and closing the app several times, and sometimes they finally connect, sometimes not. I also do not like that I can no longer get rid of dark mode. Bose has ruined a good product.

I've been using this app for a few months now and for the last six weeks it will not reconnect to the buds, every night I have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work. Really a annoying 😒 because otherwise it they have helped enormously with my husbands snoring, I now get some sleep every night. But please solve this problem and advertise how to stop it from happening .🙏

Update: ty for ability remove sounds and improving transfer speed. Improvement suggestion: ability to set multiple sounds for a duration. Use case: an hour or two playing one sound (to drift off) then another (to stay asleep).//Hardware isn't the problem: interface is. I only like three sounds (again, not the issue) but am unable to remove sounds from library easily so, if I want to explore new sounds (via connected earbuds), it takes a timely process to remove current sounds from the earbuds th
