When the rest time ends it will remind you with vibration.

Push-ups: default setting target is 50 push-ups. App will help you to improve your repeats to 50 pushups in 30 days. After you complete first 30 days then you can change your target pushups up to 200 repeats.

Squats: default setting target is 100 squats. App will help you to improve your repeats to 100 squats in 30 days. After you complete first 30 days then you can change your target squats up to 400 repeats.

Situps: default setting target is 100 situps. App will help you to improve your repeats to 100 situps in 30 days. After you complete first 30 days then you can change your target situps up to 400 repeats.
