Terrible customer service, the worst. You can send them and email, they will not read it carefully, then ask you a question (that was already in the email), instead of fighting them, you reply, they don't read the reply and ask a version of the same question, it goes on and on...

Works sometimes. Freezes. Doesn't load shifts. Distance is way off for location.

Pros: when you pick up a shift, it tells anyone else who picks up the same shift that it had already been taken, so it's really first come first serve. It also sends you an email confirming the shift is yours, which is great. It also notifies you when there is a new shift. Cons: The App keeps sending notifications and when you go there you don't find any shift sometimes which can be frustrating. It would also be nice to be able to sign in and out of the App instead of using timesheet.

the new app is amazing. The app is amazing when it come to keeping time , but the app is not quite favorable to me, the notification of shifts did not favour me at all, while others were being notified with 14 jobs in high frequency non will come to me. this is a vvvvery big issue that the technical dept should help me to look into.

Not sure it is working, been a couple of weeks and have never gotten a job request. When requesting live chat help, the reply from them is not right away and when they do, they expect an immediate response from you. If you don't answer then they close the chat. I'll raise this score once I see it work. I think the idea is great.

Couldn't get past the profile. It said location latitude can't be blank but I already added all my location info. I also can't find any support email to contact about it.
