This review is for the app, and not workout program. App requires some work. Habi g to log in so frequently is a headache, especially since I don't use Facebook and can't use that means to log in. Why no option to keep me logged in? Google fit integration would've been nice. Some of the workout is based on your one rep max. Why no function to be able to save your ORM? It could even tell you what weight you need to use based on this. App feels slow and glitch, though I've not had any crashes. Not something I can quantify, but it it just feels fragile. Stop asking me if I want to share stuff on Facebook. I don't care about other people knowing that I worked out today...

Killing week 3, got the update and now I have to pay to finish. I really loved the workouts but I can't afford to pay the gym and an app to get fit.

This workout is great, but not worth paying for. I used this plan to build my own. I got rid of the workouts that were not challenging to me, and added my own. It was fine to use while it was free, not to pay for.

I have used this app multiple times and love the program. They started Charging. Which sucks because the workouts are old. Come out with new ones and charge then.
