This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing 1-RM on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Good app, but room for improvement It's kinda silly that it doesn't give you the option to use weight measured in Kg, which is the standard measurement for weight in half of the world. If I have to go find another calculator to use this calculator. Also, I've got trouble understanding why you can't add decimals like 150,5, since the small improvements are important in powerlifting. But I like that you can save your stats, and it's easy to use and navigate.

It guess it does what it's supposed to, but when it calculates your percentages, it doesn't go below 70%! The free version on their website goes down further than that. Also, once you log the 1RM, you can't view the percentages, which is silly.

Nice app, it's easy to use and has an attractive interface. i would like to see an option to use other 1 rep formulas. it seems like a relatively simple modification, which would make the app much more useful, as well as fun to play with.

Kind of silly that it only shows you 70% and up for your one-rep max most Program start at 30% please fix this

In the simplest terms, your 1RM is the amount of weight you can lift for one rep on any given lift. In general, it’s good to know your max for key lifts like the squat, bench press, and deadlift, but your 1RM is critical even if you never plan to train that heavy.
