Customer can choose right diagnostic center, select the service they wanted, pay Online and book appointments . Customer can manage his appointments and manage his/her Healthcare records. Customer can provide feedback, review and rating for the appointments on various parameters and also send complaints and suggestions to the Customer care team.

Customer can view previous customers reviews and ratings before taking informed decision. He can see the photos, service list, contact list, address, contact information, description and history of the diagnostic center. Customer can book individual services or multiple services or offers and make payment online using credit/debit cards, internet banking or wallets.
