A very useful application designed to help secure your eyes from the negative effects of blue light emitting from your smartphone, tablet, and laptops. The app will let you apply different eye-friendly color filters on the screen to make night viewing easier to read for human eyes. You can set the intensity of blue light filters and also set a specific time of day to auto-enable the blue light filter. Auto day-night option will automatically set night mode based on your local sunset time and disable blue light filter on sunrise time.

The emitting blue light from device display has several negative effects on our health. Exposure to blue light may cause eye disease, eye strain, eye fatigue, pain in or around the eyes, headache, blurred vision, and occasional double vision retinal damage and loss of vision. It resets the feeling of tiredness and hurts our sleep cycle by disrupting our circadian rhythm (our natural body clock) into thinking that it is daytime. It suppresses melatonin "the time to sleep signals" and builds up histamine that helps wake us up, boosts attention, focus and reaction times.
