Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing GojiGo on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

- We've found, because of the open-ended implementation of Android devices, the sensors GojiGo relies on will not work on some devices when the screen is locked. We test in-house using a Samsung Galaxy S5, LG G3, and a Motorola Moto X. Known devices that do not work include the HTC One M8, HTC Desire, Google Nexus One, Samsung Galaxy Note and S2. If you have a device like this, you will have to keep GojiGo in the foreground and the screen unlocked.

- Variations in step, calorie, pace, and elevation calculations can vary widely depending on device architecture.

- Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

GojiGo is the main activity app for Blue Goji's GojiVerse wellness platform. It captures users' preferred activities and track them in an innovative, GojiVerse way.
