Useless, nothing but issues since purchase. First watch just stopped working and refused to charge after 2 months, replaced by the company for warranty and after a few months the second watch no longer had audio among a few other issues. Tried to ignore it but now it's an expensive brick due to the app. As of right now as soon as the watch synchronizes to my phone the app crashes immediately, making this watch and it's service useless and unusable. Lesson learned, it's not a true smart watch.

I bought the Batman watch and I gotta say I am very disappointed. I had high expectations with this watch, especially because it's 2020, the speaker sucks so bad, it is way to low and you can't hear anything unless you put the phone right on your ear and still you barely hear anything. it does let you read your messages which is ok but no way to send messages? I mean honestly there are $30 smartwatches that have better performance than this overpriced watch. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Simply does not work. Bought this watch over a year ago and have given ample opportunities since Jan 2019. Even in a new area, with a new phone and new cell service this watch still never works. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. $170 wasted. Do not buy this product. Will not stay connected. Does NOT have texts or calls through watch. Battery drains so quickly on watch I cant even get through a morning at work. Such a bummer. :(

Got the Flash watch for Christmas. It worked well enough, just not great. Today, I forgot my watch at home while I went to work and now I cannot get anything to reconnect. I tried to contact costumer service and all I got was an email that repeats the website "fixes". Nothing is working and I'm beginning to get more than a little angry. I reinstalled the app, I reset the watch, I restarted my phone. This is nonsense!

Watch looks nice (Fallout edition), but the only thing that actually works is step tracking. I have full bluetooth connection to new Galaxy line phone, which is listed as compatible, but no notifications no matter what I do. Emailed support over a week ago and still not a single response so they clearly don't care. Strongly DO NOT recommend, stay away! UPDATE: The response from developer to "email our support" is laughable, at best. I have multiple times and still not a single response.

The bluetooth connection between the phone and watch has to be maintained at all times. If i turn off my phone's bluetooth (which i do every night), or the watch loses the bluetooth connection for any reason, then BLE will never reconnect unless the watch is reset and first-time BLE and bluetooth pairing is done all over again. Thus having to start all over with steps, crime-fighting mode, etc... I'm hoping this is an app issue that can be fixed with an update. But from the looks of all these reviews, very little has been done over the past couple of years. I tried contacting support but the only response i got was a "Thanks for the confirmation".
