At first I was unable to move the horizontal measurement line. After a further trial, however, I found that this line could be moved through touching the white arrow heads located ABOVE the line. I've given the App only 3 stars at the moment because I'm still assessing the accuracy of this method of determining the leg/foot angle.

UNUSABLE. Couldn't do the right foot because it CRASHES so MUCH! It crashed about 15 times before I gave up. As of Sept 2019,.the app still doesn't work. (Pixel)
