As your personal trainer I will provide you with a Q&A time each week, and educate you on good food & exercise habits that you can sustain throughout your new healthy lifestyle. No crash-dieting and quick fixes.

You will be able to log your food, check your exercise technique, view my coaching videos, record & track lifestyle habits, nutrition habits, goals, activity levels, upload your progress photos & more.

My app is free to download and by visiting my website you can claim your 7 day FREE TRIAL. If you wish to continue the use of my app then a fee will apply. You check these out via my website to see what package suits you. A payment will be taken via PayPal through my website and a program will be assigned to you within 24 hours after I receive your consultation forms. I will send you login details & your next steps via email so you can access this. Once a package is purchased, no refunds can be provided for any unused portion of the term agreed.
