About this app

Many climbers, older athletes and weekend warriors are often frustrated with traditional healthcare solutions. Most want to return to full fitness but traditional healthcare often impose age related or arbitrary limitations upon their recovery. Often the healthcare professional has developed inaccurate clinical beliefs about what is possible with targeted rehabilitation and reconditioning.

So unfortunately, most patients don't get back to full participation in the sports or hobbies that they love and shape their lives. If they do its often a quick fix and not a long term solution because the focus is incorrectly on the injured part and not the whole person.

Our approach uses a unique clinical system which is designed to recondition you as a person for your sport or hobby and to rehabilitate the injured area. This is the only way to ensure that you return to a level of sport and physical activity which your body can cope with and flourish.
