This is not like any ordinary fitness app with generic workouts and nutrition advice. Tailoring strength and conditioning and nutrition to specific sports is “the art of applying many sciences” and is something we are passionate about.
At Hybrid FitRx we understand that when you play a sport there’s more to why you hit the gym than wanting to just “lose weight” or “gain muscle”. You are chasing a score, a distance, a weight on the bar, you need to be agile and fast to out play an opponent. Small margins can make the difference. The training we do in the gym should prepare us to give the best on the pitch, the course or on the platform when it matters.
Our training programs and nutrition coaching are designed to maximise performance, maximise recovery and help our athletes get to the optimal body shape and size for their sport. All our athletes’ programs are customised to fit the unique hybrid that is you. We are all a hybrid mix of our daytime occupation, mixed with our chosen sport, mixed with our current fitness and body shape. Add to that your own unique set of goals, strengths and weaknesses and you can see how important it is to get advice that works for you. Fitter, leaner, faster, stronger, healthier; whatever it is you want to be better at we will provide a training and nutrition program and access to quality resources to help raise your potential to be better.

App Permissions
