This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Fit Over 40 Life on PC Windows and Mac.

About this app

Hi my name is Kathy. I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Women's Fitness Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and an IIN health coach. I have helped hundreds of women lose body fat, gain lean muscle and feel confident in their bodies. I had one client lose 100 pounds of body fat in 11 months!

I am now taking my business online so my clients can workout anywhere with customized workout plans. I personally design these plans. based on your fitness goals, where you want to workout and what equipment you have available. Every plan comes with a 10 second instructional how to do the exercise video ,along with a short written description of how to perform the move. The workouts are delivered through my app so you can view them on your smart phone, iPad, computer or television.
The workouts can be done at the gym or in the comfort of your own home, whatever you prefer. If you choose to workout at home minimal equipment is needed. Just resistance bands or dumbbells or both if you prefer. I will design the program based on the equipment you have to work with.

I also provide customized meal plans whether you want to lose weight or gain weight. Each plan comes with a complete macronutrient breakdown and tracks your daily caloric daily intake. If you do not like a particular food you can easily exchange it. All plans include three meals and two snacks daily. The plan includes weekly shopping lists so you can plan your meals ahead of time. These are easily accessible on a different app, so you can track you meals very easily. If you prefer I can email the plans to you!
