This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Results Nutrition Centre on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

This nutrition coaching app is free as part of your Results Nutrition Centre Online Nutrition membership. On joining you will be emailed your login details and will have access to your private login area on your phone, tablet and laptop. You will also be assigned your own personal qualified nutritionist who will start working on your customised nutrition programme and will be with you every step of the way to achieving your goals.

Once you have logged in you will have access to:
- Track your food with the food diary. Your personal nutritionist will be able to review your food diary and give feedback.
- Track your results and review your progress with the in-app results recorder and chart.
- Set and track goals.
- Complete forms e.g pre-screening, goals tracking.
- Access nutrition tools, educational videos, recipes.
- Receive notifications and messages from your nutritionist.
- Access to your customised meal plans (*as your nutrition plan is extremely personalised and customised for you by your personal nutritionist it may not appear for 24-48 hours after you have signed up and completed your pre-screening form).
- Receive regular updates to your plan.
