Using BlueStacks

We use this time to ensure your exercise technique is perfect, you know exactly how hard to push yourself on every exercise and your plan is constantly adjusted to perfectly suit your changing body and performance. If you can't make it to the studio for a session we use this app to deliver a workout directly to you where ever you are.
