If you don't have the sensitivity up it doesn't register a pulse, and it keeps you awake, so you get a false reading and it becomes painful behind the ear, so so far not working as it should, I've had it at least 2 months now, so a thumbs down at the moment.

Absolute waste of money.u hav to keep pairing it says to sync with device and it won't let u.doesnt record any data just a total waste of money

Cannot even pair my device… No problem 'seeing' it in the system settings, but the app just says: Start the pairing process! I press the 'Func' button, the blue light is blinking but nothing happens. (Note: I tried both options: paring it and not paring it first in the phone's bluetooth settings) A disaster!

Good device. Rubbish app. The app does not link to the device. Does not show any stats as there is no option to manually synchronise. Doesn't do anything automatically This needs fixed.
