I booked through this app for online home collection on Sat and booked a slot for Monday morning and paid for the tests in advance. Today is Thursday and I keep calling/WhatsApp/email all cust care numbers given online and in the app and Nobody responds or resolves given that I reached them in all possible ways and worst thing is that app does not support cancellation and only supports booking in advance.

Very worst service. Have paid charges online for home collection. But after coming home asking for ₹220 rupees extra as service charge. Not acceptable at all. Should have informed earlier itself or atleast before visiting.

Worst service. We booked 2 home collection tests in Bangalore but even after confirmation via call nobody came. Even after calling then like 1000 times they are not responding.. disconnecting...and sometimes shamelessly redirecting to other states customer care department. Never opt for their lab test. I hope that these shameless people get the taste of their own medicine.

I'm 9weeks pregant and I had booked home sample collection for fasting blood collection they booked and dint turn up I was waiting for the sample collection later I just cancelled the booking worst response

Very bad experience in thz pandemic situation for test results should wait more than 48 hours .staff communication is worst they just don't respond.
