Easy to use. I would have rated it a 5 but I have had a few times where my recept would not upload and I was not given a reason why. Otherwise I would recommend using the app over other forms of submission.

Not just the app is horrible the company is a scam I was never able to use my card I call I dont know how many times and they didn't know why my card wasn't working. I lost 1000.00 dlls. Because my card and my dependants card never work. BS

I'm not sure what everything is. They switched things around from last year and I have received nothing explaining how it works. I called and was unable to understand the lady I spoke with. Everything says the money will go on my card but I was never issued one. Going to be very mad if I can't get my money so I can pay for my husband's prescriptions.

Worst app system i have ever encountered in my life if there was a negative star rating i would give it a -5 stars my dependants are all wrong my medical information never goes thru you guys should be ashamed of such a poor app and system especially for not covering any expenses in the middle of a pandemic it is late february and i have not been able to use my basic card to pay not even for a deductible or a prescription you guys make me sick
