This initiative is taken by “Syspedia Technologies Pvt. Ltd.” – Kolkata based Software Company and “Sikkim State Blood Transfusion Council”, an autonomous organization, registered as a society under the Societies Act and functions in accordance with the guidelines received from the National Blood Transfusion Council, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of India, from time to time.
