Keep running into a camera permission problem when trying to use the BlueFlex OTC product scanner. Have the correct in-app and phone settings to allow camera use but still doesn't work. No other problems with the app though.

BCBS has no regard for its customers. The app constantly glitches, logs me out, and “forgets” my password. It’s been restructured twice in two months, making it harder to navigate. Features seem deliberately hampered to prevent access to services despite outrageous premiums. Customer service is a nightmare—you’ll waste your whole day just trying to talk to a human. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away. Shame on BCBS. PR team replies here in minutes-weeks for service Qs though
