Absolutely terrible app. Has only worked opened maybe twice since I've downloaded it in 2017. Lol. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled so many times. Restarted my phone. It doesn't matter. The website is honestly just as bad. You would think as much as we pay in premiums that they could make a suitable, simple application where we could check and pay our bills? I suppose not.

Can't ever set up auto pay never accepts one time pay only good for showing you bill amount 😕 if I have to use the phone system to make a payment every time what's the point of the app
