This App is Not Working on Android Smartphones. It' xtremely unstable. It crashes too many times. And its always.saying Florida Blue Blue Shield Blue Cross has Stopped Working. And then it crashes again. Tried resetting the cache settings in android. But that did not help at all. Tried clearing data and storage...and everything. Even reinstalled FLBlue app. Still annoying and crashes. Should the software developers work on stablizing the compatablity for Android OS smartphones. Thenitshouldwork.

App is not user friendly. I can't find where my plan cost is and it seems to have changed several times. I attempted to contact help and was told my browser was out of date??? Within the app??? I have the current version. I feel like I'm just sending money into a void. Fix this app

I have a hard time getting this up running,the messages that I receive are always blank so sending any type of messages are out of the question and I can't use any of my rewards. This app is trash!

Recent month I've had major problems logging in then locks me out. I've called Florida Blue and they've unlocked my account, able to login only 1 time then it starts locking me out again. Would not recommend this app till Florida Blue straightens out their problem.

For the first time I can not see that my medical insurance is active even when it is...where are my past payments, claims, and documents it is all gone. Please get this fixed. I cant even search for physicians.
