App no longer works. I can log in and see the dashboard, but get an error when I click any option. I know 7 others who currently have the same issue, including my husband. This was a vital app for my family. UPDATE: If you turn off wi-fi, the app will function correctly. The issue is a conflict with wifi. The network being used doesn't seem to matter. I've tried it on several networks. But turning off wi-fi on your phone solves the issue and allows the app to function correctly.

I appreciate that I can use this portal to see my test results, verifying dates and times of my appointments. I especially like using the "Send a message " part of this app. I can communicate with my doctor (s) and be able to express my needs or ask questions as necessary. I also enjoy using the app to refill my prescriptions. Makes managing my my health issues or questions a whole lot easier.

Fire the entire team that has worked on this "new and improved" version of the app. The only reason most people use the app is the one function that is being messed with. A few months ago I was able to add all appointments to my calendar. Then the update a few months ago took that option away. With the last update I am now able to add 1 appointment to my calendar and I can not add doctor details or more than one appointment at a time. Seems like someone is milking a contract by breaking the app

Upgraded my phone to an s23+. New install on the app and it won't get past the splash screen. Totally worthless to me as it is now. Update: The problem was related to the app permissions. The app had never requested any permissions. I manually granted everything I thought necessary and it works now... To a point because everything that takes me to billing, messages, or visit summaries gives a name not resolved error.

Not working! Tech line also not working! App not installing either!Automated message continuously cut out so you cannot get mentioned instructions or numbers. Turning off wi-fi (as suggested by another reviewer) did not help me. Getting blasted by BAYLOR SCOTT WHITE~Grapevine, TX with emails, sometimes 2 at a time! Cannot access the app after repeated attempts to install. ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS!

Great app, very convenient. However, since the recent update (12/14ish), it has not worked on my Samsung phone anymore. It freezes when I try to access it. I've Uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It's been unavailable for over a week now. Sadly, I've really needed it to communicate with my doctor about my heart issues. Very inconvenient time to stop working. Will give it one more try. Then Uninstalling for good.
