New app is terrible. Previous version was a solid 4 star effort but this new one is awful. And then to make matters worse I now can't view anything - constant "connection error" message for well over a week now. 1 star review while I wait to see how it is rectified! Very frustrating seeing as I paid for a yearly membership.

Just got the battle box app was working fine but now doesn't says session has timed out I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and the same thing, disappointed after I've just spent that money for box. Hopefully you'll update and fix the issue then this would have been a 4 or 5 star Thank you

The prism questionnaire doesn't work and first impressions are the plan doesn't feel as customised to me as the sales pitch suggests.

Since new update, I have lost me initial test data. Although I ask for vegan meals I get meat ones and I now cannot see the workouts because it says my session is timed out.

Not liking the new update, no daily plan, or diary plus when you have dietary requirements like being vegan, the recipes are showing non vegan ones. Al the favourites I'd saved are gone
