It works. It's not the greatest of interfaces, and lacks some functions like schedules to change from rest to ready, or from low range to high range at a certain time of day, but it works for what is intended. All you need is a stable internet access. I use it with a mesh system and it is always operational. Don't blame the app when the issue is internet related. Cheers

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews but this app is great. I have no issues with connection and I have full control of the hot tub. I can even connect from anywhere away from my home. The only issue now is regarding the recent update. When I open the app, every button or the words are very large, taking up most of screen. Before the update they were normal size. If you could fix this issue I'd appreciate it and will give 5 stars.

Absolute trash thus far. Plenty of wifi strength at the spa. It seems the problem lies with the app. I've tried numerous devices to connect and it just won't do it. The device is configured to my network and the app just fails to connect EVERY time. App updated, and still trash. Shamefully money grab.

One step forward, two steps back. Yes it was iffy to connect before, now the interface spills off the screen on my Note 20 Ultra, cutting off text, and it's impossible to turn on the second filter cycle - flip the button to on, next time in the filter settings it's off again. Why don't you hire a real app developer Balboa?!

The wifi connection is very hap hazard. Doesn't work more than it works. Bluetooth is a bit flakey also. Shame, the product let down bt a poor app and software Update 17/04/21 They've just updated the app, let's see how we go now. Watch this space.

New update! Temp control is twice the size and much easier to use. I had to reboot the phone after the update to get a connection but it works. UPDATE on the 2nd day: it worked one time but no more.
