Contacted Balboa tech and still doesn't work . Unable to see app features as advertised . I don't understand why they can't fix this app.

This is the worst app I've ever tried. I've tried some that don't work at all, but this is worse. Because, it works ok about 5% of the time and not at all 95%. That 5% keeps me banging my head over and over!

Can't create a cloud account and pump icons missing on bottom of home screen. I thought it may be a hardware issue with the WiFi module, but I see that others are having the same experience with the BWA app version 4.1.
