We are drowning in an ocean of "input"... most of which is crap & chatter. A feeble mind is easily distracted by the FLASH all the garbage is cloaked in. Strengthen your mind with these sonic exercises. Peace

It's a great app. Simple and effective. BUT have 2 major flaws. 1-I NEED TO SIGN IN MY EMAIL EVERY TIME I USE IT. 2-THE SCREEN DOESN'T GO OFF WHEN USING IT. thus eating up battery juice. Even if your timer is done, the screen is still on. If you fell asleep, your phone will be on for td whole night.

Why do I need to input my email address every time I use it? How many times do you need it? Once you have it, asking me for it again does you no good--and my settings don't get saved, which is ostensibly why I'm entering it (which makes no sense at all as other apps remember my settings without it). And why does the app need access to my phone activity?

Thank you! Of the many binaural beat related programs and CD suites that I have tried over the years, this one hands down rates the best. Pure clean brainwave entrainment without hidden subliminal is what I've been dreaming of for years. And it's free-

About this app

Note: You need to wear headphones to make the most of this app.

If you want to experience a deep state of meditation, then you have to try these binaural beats. In total the app comes with 11 different audios. It also comes with a timer, so you can choose for how long to meditate with any given audio.

This app includes:

Alpha brain waves
Beta brain waves
Delta brain waves
Gamma brain waves
Theta brain waves

You will also find that alpha, gamma and theta waves come in 3 different versions: low, mid and high. This is because the range of these brain waves varies.

How to know which one is best for you? Try them all. Meditate with each one until you find one that you enjoy. They are also suitable for different purposes. For example, delta waves are known to induce sleep and relaxation, whereas alpha waves usually help with meditating deeply. Theta waves are frequently used for therapeutic effects.

By the way, this app is free and doesn't have any ads or hidden costs.

Enjoy!
