For those of you struggling with "No Activities Found"...apparently you had to link your Garmin account BEFORE you ran your run. Seems like something that should have been made clear as soon as you install the app. A runner friend got this from the developers (which they should be responding to here): "Unfortunately Garmin Connect does not bring over historical data, so if you connected after your run the run wouldn't show. This is a limitation on Garmin connecting to third parties."

Disappointing. The option to add audio from Spotify was greyed out and still said "coming soon". The app audio turned off when my screen turned off. Then the app needed to be restarted about 2 miles into my marathon. It must have crashed again because the friends and family I had shared the spectator link with were only able to follow the first few miles of my marathon. I had even reinstalled the app before starting my race so that I had all the patches installed.

The app crashed during my shakeout. During a race, I need something dependable; I don't need additional frustrations on top of a difficult race. An app that consistently misbehaves is worse than no app. Two other gripes: 1. Music integration is still not available. Umm... Some people are already running their race. A little late, don't you think? 2. You have to keep your screen on to get audio feedback. I don't know any other running apps that do that. It's an awful setup.

I've had issues both times I tried the shakeout run. First time it didn't record any distance, second time I hit the 2 mile point at mile 2.8 on the garmin. That's likely due to my phone's gps settings. But, they released this app way too close to the race window, with too short of distance for the test to feel confident it will work on race day. Garmin connected fine and I'll be able to select and upload, which is fine but a bit disappointing.

Three practice attempts, app didn't track my distance correctly, it kept stopping at around a half mile. Keeps sucking up battery power even when force stopped. The concept of the features was clever, but the execution was poor. I would NOT rely on the app alone to track my progress.

Terrible app. Most of the features don't work. Tried the shakeout run this morning, did a 25 min run and nothing tracked. Also the app doesn't run in the background when you start your run, so will completely drain out your phone battery. Initially had so many challenges in adding a device. Not sure what photobooth is for. All in all the worst app I have seen for such a huge event about to start this Saturday.
