Massively disappointing after using it diligently it for 5 months. Advances users in too big steps too infrequently.. what you need is continual small improvement, not giant steps and long plateaus. Field support does not reply. Does not modify individual exercises based on your feedback. Still believe in underlying theory but this is not implemented at all.

This is easy to use. Workouts are base on a person abilities. Progress is tracked on the app. Do the exercises anytime, except while driving. Watching TV? Do a workout. What are you waiting for?

I've been sitting around for much to long. I've found that I lost the basic function of balance. I hope this app helps me get it back. Thanks

It's short, interesting and helpful and doesn't hassle me with unwanted information. I feel it makes an actual difference to my well being.

Generally quite good. Because it's not tailored to the individual some tasks were too difficult so I didn't get the benefit from them
