Awful app. I never signed up for this app told me my phone number was already being used and then wouldn't let me change any Information once it was put in. Had to insert my allergies several times before it saved it. Very sad my Dr choose this app. If I could give it a 0 stars I would. I updated this to a 3 because they did call me and were very quick and friendly to make changes. It would be nice still if I could have done this. But they were still friendly and quick

The other reviewers are absolutely correct, the app. simply DOES NOT function, period.! I would have given the review ZERO stars if the counter accepted it! I am SICK of these apps. not working like they SHOULD! What is the point to these things if they can't serve us as intended?! Why the bother?! I am uninstalling it.
