Only useful to search for panel specialist and using myshield e-card. Doesnt show your policies like other insurance companies which is a bleagh..

I cannot login on the website, its giving an error about connectivity issues, so I decided to try the app. After opening its shows a white page only... Is it policy from Aviva to have such bad customer facing products out? Or is it just to discourage claiming? Even 1 star is generous in this case as I cant even use the app.

I can log in... which is a blessing. However I cannot use the find a clinic option because this app is using a developers version of google maps. Please update so that this app is usable.

PIN sms always come super slow. Delayed!

Absolutely horrible experience, the app keeps on loading and we cannot add the attachment and the overall navigation experience is slow and not intuitive..really needs major overhaul in terms of performance and features

Useless app. After changing your password and when you login again it says that my password is incorrect. We have to go through the whole process starting from Forget Password, Receive in email, Change Password. Even during emergency we couldn't log in and we have to go through a long process. It happened to all of my colleagues. When I called up IT Desk they mentioned that you are the first case. But I went through the reviews and almost everyone has the same issue. Better do something to cope with the current market. It's just a app which can be done within 4K. Please get it done.
