Nice looking watch, but that's where it ends. I am on my third one, the first two had the same software issues that others describe. Changing the watch was Scorpio/ Connected Futures method of solving these issues. This third has just been delivered after over 6 months of waiting. There is nothing wrong with the watch per se, it's the software and nobody will admit it. Nice watch, terrible software and very poor customer service

Guys, when will you finally make the app workable? It's been 18 months since the last update AND the cry for fixing the ONE MAJOR FLAW it has - the Bluetooth pair/connecting issues. I don't know how a customer support attitude like this (I also have a months old case open at your support page without action, only that my issue is not known, which is nonsense considering all the comments here) can continue in the digital age. Get the job done after all!!!

This app is of such poor quality that I am now looking to return the watch. it is unfinished and constantly has issues pairing and syncing. I have also had the issue now where it wipes the days data so I don't even know how I am doing for day. the constant re pairing has made this product a nuisance to use and I find myself using it as a normal watch and not a smartwatch. Which defeats the purpose! worst app I have ever used. Do not buy this watch.

The blue tooth disconnects frequently and some times it is very difficult to connect to the phone

this app mess up with the phone Bluetooth completely. it interferes with other bluetooth connections. every 2 days or so, watch will not sync with my phone. I need to force stop the app and repair the watch again. please make this app work. this watch is expansive and it will be left aside if the app would not work properly. I almost sorry for buying this watch because of the app.

This App is to be used for the second-generation Aviator Smartwatch.
Once you have paired your Aviator Smartwatch with the App, this will allow you to get your daily activity including; steps, distance walked, burnt calories, sleep quality and heart rate displayed & graphed onto your phone. You will also be able to configure the phone notifications to display your calls, SMS, emails and social media.

This App works with model numbers: AVW79931G416, AVW79931G418.

Your model number can be found on the reverse of the watch face.
