The device and app are great! I jog on a regular basis and the device has been a great tool to keep on track of my personal goals. I ran my first 10k in June! If you put it into sleep mode when you take a nap or go to bed and turn it back on when you wake, the device keeps track of your sleep cycle very well. Customer service is awesome! I've had numerous emails to ensure that I enjoy the device and offer input when I am able. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a fitness tracker!

Same can't connect to network problem I see that others are having. Additionally, now it is trying to say that the email is invalid. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software. I went ahead turned on the phone's bluetooth and linked up the phone and tracker. I reinstalled the software. For a few moments it looked as if the problem had been solved but no again the no network error.

I am SO disappointed with customer service (or lack thereof) of Avia!! I reached out on four separate occasions (via email and live chat) for support. I am having issues with an upgrade. I am also going to look for more outlets to share my Avia experience. Don't purchase Avia products!! No recourse if something goes wrong!!

I can't even start to use this until it verifies my email. No matter what connection I use, 4g data or wifi, it only says "network not available, please check your network", and there is definitely a solid network connection. Can't get to the software at all, and can't connect Bluetooth to the device (presumably need to use the inaccessible software to do so) so far it makes for a crappie paperweight, and a fashionless wrist bad with the incorrect date. Useless so far. Fix Samsung galaxy s5, android 6.0.1

I got this tracker to help me see my sleep patterns. App is very inaccurate and if I followed what it says, I slept 24 hours yesterday. But still managed to walk 7,000 steps. Please fix the sleep portion of the app!!!

It won't verify my email. ERROR network check your NETWORK. MY NETWORK IS WORKING JUST FINE. I can't signup or do anything. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Should have spent the extra money and got a FITBIT.
