Maybe this needs updating. As soon as I open it, it asks me to "set a goal" and gives me a number... what?!? When I set my "goal to 100," what am I doing exactly? I select the "Cool it" option and it tells me to "vent it," so I try the recording, am warned that it "may sound funny" then get a 0.5 second compression of a 30 second sound bite... how's that relaxing!? Then I hit the tabs above, and it takes forever for the app to switch tabs. This is supposed to be helping REDUCE my anger!

This app looks confusing. It doesn't really give tips on how to control your anger.

It's a great app to control my anger. I can see weekly activity to track my progress. It does need some minor improvements but overall it is a very helpful app.
