App will not open...AT ALL. I feel like my membership with Avatar is a waste of money because the app doesn't work at all. It's such an inconvenience having to use a browser just to see my info.

First of all, I think it's reasonable to have some sort of a trial period, which this software does not have. I was also trying to reduce fat and carbs, so that protein was more prominent, and this diet has no way for that to work.
