Glitchy and not at all intuitive. Takes forever to load, constantly need to ensure the person you are reporting is actually selected. And even then, it registers whoever else you are trying to register. I don't know who is profiting off of this, but it is not this taxpayer. It's the ultimate CYA for the District too.

When it opens its easy enough..The app was working..Today i tapped the app and it displays the app but doesnt open it so you can fill out your daily account..
