After sales is worst. And 1 star also doesn't matter for around 2 yrs now, no one followed up. I bought Nadi tarangini machine in 2018. It's good to know such innovative concept. The app needs lots of basic UI friendly changes. I reported the company but it seems, they just want to sell products in any which way. But Improving software is not at all in task, nor to understand user feedbacks. I would recommend first get your complaint solved in software then buy this product.
