At first movement detection did not work, then after a reboot of my smartwatch movement detection worked. The test results are similar to the ATLAS module as far as adding an extra rep or two, The APP displays very nice on my Fossil Q Founder, could be interesting to note that the ATLAS Module uses 3 Axis senors , the Q founder also, Be very particular about your smartwatch spec's , most web sites give little if any details about what sensors are built into the watches they sell. However the High end smartwatches tend to give full spec. What would be Ideal , the ATLAS module display is like space invaders .. BUT the module functionality is great , they way it managers each set. It would great if the exact functions were in the smartwatch App watch display. ATLAS perhaps you should list smartwatches or give a spec sheet for what should be in the users watch in order to use this App. The Apps and hardware are growing on me after i stopped using it in 2017 while doing Very slow repetition cadence workouts, The fact is though this Device and its apps are VBT, and are not suited to training with repetition prescriptions Eccentric/Pause/Concentric/Pause 4/0/1/0.

Atlas doesn’t track exercises regardless of claims. Training exercises works most of the time by the exercise cannot be determined even when a custom workout has been laid out. Any notification will Freeze/ Crash the app during a workout. Used the app for 3+ months and it’s never tracked an exercise correctly during the exercise used the app for mostly tracking what exercises I had planned to perform. I’ve also been in contact with their support because the directions on setting up the app and training exercises were poor. I’m using the LG Watch Urbane. I cannot recommend the app

Horrible ui, can't add sets only exercises and reps, can't add exercises that you don't want auto tracking but want rest counter and manual rep and weight input. Cant modify number of reps and weight used on the fly either, only add missing. Long way to go on this app, 'exercise tracker' is much better, atlas could do with following its ui and usability.

Promising but needs a lot more polish. Frequent crashes on my moto 360 gen 2 watch. Improperly identifying exercise, not recognizing an exercise at all, and complete app crashing happens regularly.

I really like this application. Unlike the one other app that claims to be able to recognize movements, this one really does. I even bought the full version. However, while the website states that the app supports heart rate monitors, this is the case only for those built into watches, not for chest straps. This should be properly stated. Thus only 4 stars from me for now.
